Planning water-secure and water sensitive cities: learning from the Dutch
To explore the extent to which ever-expanding cities in low- and middle-income countries could adopt and adapt approaches to managing urban water supply and become sensitive to the impacts of climate change, I paid a visit to Delft and Amsterdam in the Netherlands in the summer of 2023.
